How booked for a 1 Bd Apt at Wilderness or SSR or BCV in December

Hi

I have managed to get 9 nights at my home resort at AKV. I am on a waiting list for the other 5. 7th-11th December.

Does anyone know if these resorts are full. I am just trying to get an idea on what might be available at the 7 month window.

VWL and BCV are very small resorts so likely to be booked already by owners. SSR is a possibility or maybe OKW.

First of all, congratulations on getting AKV booked!

I agree with Claire...VWL and BCV will be long odds in getting. SSR is the best bet just due to size.

We love staying at VWL in December! It's just so cozy and perfectly themed for Christmas. This is not our home resort so we've always had to waitlist and go day by day. But somehow we've always managed to get in! The only time we didn't get into ANY WDW DVC rooms was on a last minute trip very close to Christmas. This past year, my mother-in-law decided last minute we should go for a weekend to Disney. This was the last weekend before FL Seasonal Passes blacked out. For obvious reasons there was nothing available, not even for a cash pay at ANY of the WDW resorts! So we stayed off site. We stayed at a supposedly deluxe two bedroom condo offsite. I've really come to appreciate my DVC resorts!!!!!

I think there are going to be a lot of people wanting to get into VAKL -so you might get lucky
