How big are the 1 BR units in the World Passport Collection?

Just wondered what you typically get with a 1 BR unit in any of the World Passport Collection trades. We are a family of 4 (2 small children) and I was wondering if we needed a 2 BR or if, like the Disney Resorts...a 1 BR would be large enough. Do the 1 BR's sleep 4? We're looking at places in the Caribbean and Hawaii.
