How bad is the orange side of Mission Space?

Daughter in law gets very sick, son gets a headache, daughter doesn't mind it one way or another, but me I love it. I can go on multiple times, I can look straight ahead or right and left and close my eyes.
That just shows you how individual that it is.

My experience extends back to before there was a Green side and since. Still never have seen a problem. I know it happens, it's just that I think that it isn't as prevalent as these accounts imply that they are.

I was given a FP once because the ride had to close temporarily to clean up a "protein spill". If I remember correctly we were the next crew to load.

I have a solid stomach. Never ever get sick. Mission Space made me feel sick for about an hour after we did it. The whole family felt sick. It was an experience I won;t be doing again.

I don't enjoy riding it even though I can ride any other ride at WDW with no issue. I don't feel sick as much as it just makes me feel "off" for an hour or so afterward. The DW rides it with no problem and I hang out in the games area at the exit.

I can also verify that I have seen someone get sick after getting off the ride. I was sitting the games area on a bench and watched a little girl (maybe 8-9 yrs old?) come running out directly to a trash can and the rest was history...

Never know though if that was the ride or maybe a combo of it and whatever sweets/food she ate beforehand!

It's intense. I didn't get sick, but it was definitely an unnerving feeling, unlike anything I've ever ridden before. I will probably do it again, but if I wasn't feeling 100% leading up to it, I'd probably pass.

I think the build up to the ride probably adds to this. There are NUMEROUS warnings about motion sickness leading up to the ride. Also, I can't think of any other ride that gives you so many instructions on how to ride it without getting sick. They instill the fear of God in you: WOE TO ANY RIDER WHO TURNS THEIR HEAD TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT.
