How bad/good is the parking at Disney Springs?

I haven't been to this since they changed everything, but I remember parking being horrible. How bad is the parking? Is it best to just take the bus?

The new parking garages are fantastic. So convenient, well lit and staffed.

Just experienced it for the first time in June. The parking garages are awesome! They have monitors that tell you how many open spots are on a certain level and also in each row as you drive along. Getting in and out them is also very convenient. Really nice!

The parking is totally fine. The traffic when you're trying to leave may be a different story

Parking has been a breeze ever since they opened the first parking garage. Now the roads have been expanded and a second garage opened. Parking is super easy and quick

Lime is the closest garage to the old marketplace (enters where world of Disney meets the new town center)
Much, much better situation than 6-12 months ago!

If only DisneySprings.com or the MDE app or ... had, say, an up-to-date map showing the new garages

I agree, new set-up is great. If you're visiting West Side (Cirque, Disney Quest, Splitsville, AMC theaters), use the orange garage.

Agree with the others. Parking is a breeze now. We just got back on Thursday and went to Disney Springs a couple of times during our trip.

The one thing I did hear from others while we were there is that Saturday night Disney Springs was packed and both parking lots were full, so if you go at a really peak time, parking is still an issue. That doesn't really bother me because if it is that crowded there, I don't want to be there anyway.

We went during major construction and it was no bueno. We went back at Thanksgiving 2015 and parking garage was awesome. We went one evening for dinner, one evening to shop, and morning of departure for last minute shopping and Earl of Sandwich.

And they've opened the 2nd garage since then which has made it even better. Plus some of the road construction has settled down.

Yup, friends who work down there say it is SO MUCH better traffic wise. My issue is the old bus depot was too small, shared spaces, buses backed up because it was simply too tight in there. We would wait forever for a bus back to hotel. Hoping travel time is greatly reduced.

Parking is easy but the new bus depot and dedicated bus only traffic lanes make the bus trips much better as well. The new station drops off right in the middle of the new shopping.

We went the week before Christmas 2015 and had no problem on a couple different weekday nights. The size & clearance of the garage & spots are good, no problems with a crew cab Tundra. I used to dread going there...
