How are you celebrating your kids birthdays?
Which parks are you doing?
Which restaurants?
What stores will your kids go to for spending their "birthday money"?(free card)

We have 3 birthday's all in the same week. Each kid is picking their favorite park and restaurant.

DS (11) Epcot - Teppen Eddo dinner

DS (14) AK - Boma dinner

DD (6) MK- Chef Mickey breakfast & T-Rex dinner

I guess they will use their disney card in the park gift shops.

We've been in WDW on DD14's last 2 b-days.

On those days we did:
Illuminations Celebration Cruise
CRT breakfast
Norway dinner
manicure at Periwig's (salon at BC)

DS will turn 5 and is celebrating at Crystal Palace in the MK.
I want to order him a cake. He most likely will be using his giftcard at our resort CBR, when we have some downtime. We are staying in a Pirate room and are so excited!!!! I am sure he will use the card for pirate stuff:goodvibes

When DD5 turns 6 in May, we are going to Disneyland for 3 days. On her actual birthday, I thought we would wake her up with a donut for breakfast (VERY rare for my kids to get donuts, lol!) with a candle and then do the Princess dinner at Ariels in DCA. Her gift card I will be using to buy her something I know she REALLY wants. I won't even tell her she gets one because last trip we gave both DDs $50 and asked them to buy one or two BIG things that they never had the chance to buy before and seriously, we came home with BAGS of little stuff (same as usual!!!) and then they wanted US to buy them the big stuff. Uh uh, wee one! There is a dress up Minnie doll that I know she will go nuts for, I will use the gift card for that and some of the outfits that go with it and tell her they are a gift from Mickey. Well....they are!!! HAHAHAHAHA

DS will turn 3 on our trip, so he doesn't get the freebies as he is already "free" since we check into Disney before he turns 3 (I did sign up though :lol)....

Basically, the WHOLE 6 night trip is about him (although I graduate a month before, my MILs b-day is 2 days before, my b-day is 4 days after, and my DH b-day is two weeks after that!) Once I thought about it, we probably should have planned to be there on MIL's b-day or my b-day to get the free card, but alas...I am sentimental and wanted to be there on DS's b-day, even to the point of only getting a 4/2 deal instead of the 4/3 that everyone else got (b/c the 4/3 was booked for our dates in the rooms we wanted)

We are spending the day at MK. Since we wanted to be in MK, I decided that eating at Crystal Palace for dinner would be easiest. I was thinking about ordering a cake, but honestly, with a dessert buffet, that seems like a waste of food and money...
