How are the sargassum conditions in Caribbean?

We leave in a week and while I hear lots about Florida, I am interested in hearing how conditions impacted those of you recently in the Carribean. We said for 7day Western on June 17. We won’t be hanging out at beaches except for Castaway, but still good to know. Thanks!

We did the same trip at the end of May and also had no beach excursions. It didn't impact us at all. We saw it from our bus in Cozumel and there were small amounts on Castaway but I was prepared for something much worse. Didn't see any on GC and we did the Stingray City trip there. You can smell it here in FL but I didn't even get a whiff of it on our trip.

Just returned from a 7 day - Porto Plata in DR, St. Thomas, Tortola, and Bahamas. No issues. Didn't see much, definitely didn't smell anything. Non issue.
