How are the DVC Agents Helpful?Knowlegabe?

How are the DVC Agents for bookings to deal with?

Are they efficient? Helpful? Knowledgeable?

Quite honestly, not to impressed with the Disney Travel Company CM's.....
Seems like each one has a different "answer" to elementary questions...
VERY FRUSTRATING BOOKING THROUGH DISNEY DESTINATIONS!

Anyway, anyfeedback on the DVC agents once you are a member would be appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The DVC agents also handle Interval bookings, correct?

It depends on who you get. There are many who are very good. There are some that don't seem to have a clue. Some of them have been around for a number of years so they really know what they are doing. You can usually tell by their responses & the timeframe of their responses to some inquiries whether they are well seasoned or not. Some will check availability at multiple resorts automatically for the dates you are interested in. Others need to put you on hold each time you ask a question.

I found the people on the disboards to be more knowledgeable and helpful.

We dealt with Kim Moore-he is still with DVC. He was great. He was knowledgable, low key-did not tell us anything that was not absolutely accurate. We did our research as well, but had a much better understanding thanks to Kim. If we ever add on points I would not hesitate to call him.
