How are online ADRs for 180+10 at 6amET?

My ADR date is approaching next week, and I'm just wondering how successful everyone has been lately with booking ADRs online? Right at 6amET?
For my past 2 trips, booking ADRs online for 180+10 was so "glitchy". The dining website would not recognize my DVC room reservation and other errors. I think one time I even had to call instead of booking online.

So are all the online "glitches" worked out these days?:goodvibes
 
*Bumping this up for you*. I'd like to know this too! I booked dining for a friend last month, and the +10 didn't work at all. I'm booking my own trip next week and I'm hoping the 180+10 will work online!!
 
I did ours last month and the web-site worked fine (used a laptop). It took a little longer than I expected--maybe 25 to 30 minutes to make 9 reservations. I went on-line the day before to make sure everything was linked & showing up correctly; also entered a credit card on the account.

However, other people in the August 2014 thread were reporting problems. Seems like phones were less reliable than actual computers.

If you call being able to book for the first 7 days, even though you're reservation is for 12 days, and you can't book days 8, 9 & 10, plus jumping through hoops to get the first 7 days reservations, then I guess you could say my experience was good, LOL. As I said, I was only able to book the first seven days, but after calling, the castmember was able to book the last three days for me. I guess it's hit and miss.

Woke up at 5am central to make ADRs online and could only make one, for arrival day. :(
For the remaining days of my stay, the dates were in BOLD, as if they "recognized" my resort reservation, however whenever I tried to "FIND A TABLE" for any date beyond 180, I received the following message:
"We were unable to check for available tables at this time. A problem occurred while looking for availability. Please try again later. "

So very frustrating!:headache:

I ended up waiting an hour for the phone lines to open, waiting on hold for 35 minutes, and then it took another 25 minutes to book 7 ADRs with a Cast Member. She was VERY sweet and helpful, but I just do not understand why they can't get the website and/or app to work as it should????? I basically spent 2 hours of my time trying to book ADRs, when it should have taken approximately 10 minutes, had I been able to do it online.

Ahhhhh! That's the EXACT same problem I had last month. I was hoping the problem had been fixed since then since I hadn't heard of anyone having this problem since. Now I'm freaked out about tomorrow. I don't have time to do all of that waiting on the phone. Sorry to hear about your trouble. Did you tell the CM on the phone that you tried to book online? I hope you were able to get all of your desired ADR's!!

Yes - the Cast Member was familiar with my problem....she said sometimes it just doesn't work beyond 180.

I was able to get all of my ADRs, except BOG, within 15 minutes of my preferred time. For BOG, I was unable to get an ADR for the 4th day of our stay - but rather I had to take one later in the week, on our last day - or the 8th day of our stay. I was prepared for that possibility though!:thumbsup2
 
I booked this morning without any issues but we are only staying for 7 days. I did have to call to add wheelchair accessibility to my hoop dee Doo reservation but that wasn't a huge issue.
I am glad we were so lucky.
 
I was able to do mine this morning without much problem, and I was even using the browser on my phone because our laptop isn't working. I could not, however, get the MDE app to work at all. So if you have to make res's on a mobile device, I'd suggest using the website on a browser instead of the app.

The only one I had to call for was the Fantasmic Package; online it was only showing dates through June, even though the info says it can be booked at 180 days.

ETA: We're staying for 8 days, and I was able to book for my whole stay this morning online.
 
I was able to get my ressies for the first 5 nights as we are staying at BLT, but for the last part of the trip I was blocked out. The 180+ seems to not be working for me.
 
What a quirky system! I was able to book for the duration of our trip (5 days), but Be Our Guest was completely booked up - not 1 date available!

Yep, I had the same experience and the CM I talked to confirmed this......in order to get a BOG ADR, you pretty much have to book it 187 days or more in advance! :eek:
 
I booked all of mine online this morning. 7 Ressies. I was finished by 6:20am. No problems. Other than the fact that I couldn't get a BOG ressie for dinner my entire week, Sept 21 - 28. Bummer
 
Update: I called at 7 and waited for 24 mins or so, but the CM was able to get the rest of my ressies with ease. ;)...all set!
 
I got up and booked mine this morning right at 6am EST. We are doing a split stay at 2 DVC resorts so it would only let me book through my 1st one so 180+4. I was unable to get BOG for any of the 3 days I wanted (which is the beginning of our trip) but other ones were fine. I then called based on some feedback from the DIS saying they can book over the phone for the remainder of my stay (2nd half split) and they were able to book everything I wanted. Just more of a pain to be on the phone doing that. Oh and the 1st time I ended up having a drop call so had to start all over....
