What is E85? I've never heard of that.

Up to 85% Ethanol, 15% gas. If your car is "flex fuel", you can run it instead of gasoline. My car gets 34 MPG on gas & 27 on E85. So, the latter must be quite a bit cheaper to make it worth using. Unfortunately, the two are only pennies apart in MO right now

I paid $1.80 a little bit ago then drove by another gas station on my way home that has gas for $1.75.
Looks like prices are going up, I just checked GasBuddy and most places are $2.09.

Less money at the pump = more $$$ for WDW

Gas is expensive in my town in Pennsylvania, currently it ranges from $2.54 to $2.62. However if I drive five miles into Ohio it is $1.99.

western PA here, too! So glad for Ohio being right next door

I'm in western PA and gas is currently $2.47. We drive 6 miles into Ohio and it's $1.94 or where DS plays indoor soccer about 30 minutes away in Ohio it's $1.74.

Jumped up like that yesterday in my area of SW Michigan. The reasoning was because of the weather. Today most stations were back down to $1.99, Costco was down to $1.85.

I couldn't believe my eyes...I saw gas at Fred Meyer for $1.96 today! I never thought I'd see it that low again ever. WA has such a high gas tax.

Still above $2 just north of Richmond, VA. I've heard there are a couple of stations in Richmond that are $1.99 but I've not seen them. Everything in my town is $2.03.

We're at $1.70 at the Costco on Broad street. Same with Sam's and the Kroger right there is $1.73.

Its ranging from 1.86-1.89 here right now. Sadly, there are already talks of lay offs in the oil field. Not sure the low gas prices are worth it.

Don't get me wrong, I am loving the lower prices! Less than $25 to fill up dd's car (she does the most commuting) is GREAT!

Its just that living in an area where so many people depend on the oil field to make a living, it makes threats of lay offs very scary. I was here when it happened before and there were areas where 80% of the residents were without a job. That can be a big loss.

I know there was a piece in the wsj today about a 24 year old welder in Texas making $140k /year. 60% of that was overtime pay. People like that are likely to take huge hits. Companies have and will go bankrupt. Tax revenues will decline.

In my little corner of NE Alabama, the lowest price I've seen is $1.96, and the highest is $2.01. Not as low as some of the other posters on this thread, but I'm still thrilled with that!

The funny thing is that the station across the street is still at $2.39 and cars go there!!! What is wrong with these people? I don't even know how this place has any customers for gas.
They do have a mechanic shop too so maybe they don't care to have a high volume of gas customers.
