How accurate is TouringPlans?

We're going to WDW for the first time the week before December. I used TouringPlans and UndercoverTourist for crowd calendars and then used TouringPlans to create an itinerary to figure out what is possible to do in one day. TP said the day we plan on going to MK, that park will have a crowd level of 4/10 and UT said 7/10.

This is the suggested TP itinerary for our MK day (8am-7pm as it's a MVMCP day): Astro Orbiter, Tomorrowland Speedway, Magic Carpets, Big Thunder Mtn, Splash Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Jungle Cruise, A Pirate's Adventure, Mad Tea Party, Buzz Lighyear's, PeopleMover - and that's all before noon!

It's saying that there would be wait times no more than 5-15 minutes.

Am I crazy to believe this? I see on forums people saying they have to wait for 30-60 minutes usually. How many attractions do you think one can see in MK during that time of year?

At first glance it looks very ambitious but given that you're starting at 8 that might be doable. Is it an EMH day I take it? The one thing is that it has you crisscrossing the park which is probably because FRontierland and Adventureland aren't open during EMH. It seems a good plan if minimizing wait is your top priority but it's a lot of walking. I would suggest moving the balance slider more toward less walking and let it re evaluate.

Oh and the reason it's shorter wait times than you've heard about is that it's early morning on a pretty slow day (if 4 is accurate - remember it's a forecast). The wait times climb through the morning.
