The last time a major hurricane struck Texas all of us except DH were at Disney World. A member of our local Emergency Management Team, he had to stay home and monitor the damage in our county. After 2 days, DGD was missing him terribly 
; DD called him (while we waited for our Tusker House table) just so he could hear our little Princess ask him, "Pappy, WHEN are you coming to Disney World"? One of my favorite pictures from the trip...and DH arrived the next day!
