How about a stairs challenge?

I have a flight of stairs that go up 7 steps...then a landing...then 7 more. I have decided to make a goal where I can go up and down 10 times and not be totally exhausted.

I have found that the back of my legs are becoming more tone and that I can do more of them before getting exhausted.

Anyone up for a challenge for themselves?
 
Actually Im starting to not walk up n down the stairs so much. In the winter thats how I get most of my steps - up n down the stairs at work.
Now that the weather is nice Im outside walking more
Whatever works keep at it
