How “spinn-y” are the Alien Saucers?

I did SDD, AS, and TSMM back to back to back this morning. I am a little older than some on here and it did get to me a little. Whippy action after riding SDD got me a little off, and then the spins from TSMM did me in for a bit. After sitting for a while in Muppets and Mermaid I was fine though.
