House Rental for 8

We are considering an offsite house rental for next winter for 8 people, but it's 3 separate families within our family so I'm looking for a house that will have 3 'master' bedrooms with ensuite baths and be toddler friendly, and that will offer some spaces for us to spread out a bit when we don't all want to be together after being together all day :). These are my questions for those who have rented houses before on a Disney trip:

1)Is there a specific management company you would recommend? I want someone very familiar with the inventory who can guarantee the house will be immaculately clean, as two people in our group have severe allergies to dust and dander.

2)Is there an area that is your favorite, and why? Proximity to the parks is important because we are traveling with toddlers, so I've been looking at Windsor Hills. We stayed in Championsgate at the Omni recently and really enjoyed that area, so I've been looking there as well.

3)If you've stayed at a favorite house in the past and want to recommend it, I'm all ears. I don't think a pool is vital as we are going in winter when it may be too cold to swim anyway, but if there is a nice, heated community pool area/splashpad for the kids that's warm enough in January, that's a bonus.

I still have to compare all of the costs to onsite rooms, parking costs, and car rentals. But with 3 rooms on site at Disney in a moderate or deluxe compared to a house rental, it's looking like we can't go wrong with the house rental for value. On our most recent trip, we stayed offsite for the first time and didn't find it too much of a hassle to drive back and forth from the Omni Championsgate. There's nothing like staying on the monorail, but it's just so expensive. I'm thinking of a split stay with 2-3 nights on the monorail for our Magic Kingdom and Epcot days and then 5 nights of house rental so we could get the best of both worlds.

Our family rented this home recently in WH. It was very clean and in a wonderful location. 4 masters with bathrooms. I can't recommend management companies since we usually rent directly through the owner. We love staying offsite after years of being onsite not only because of the value, but the space and amenities. WH and Reunion are so convenient.

We loved Windsor Hills and we just went through the owners too. There are tons of options so I'd go to VRBO or to the Windsor hills rental page. We prefer disney themed homes because the kids really enjoy that and a game room. We found getting to and from the parks a breeze.

We stayed at this property right after Christmas last year and through the beginning of January. it is in Davenport which is a short ride into the parks. We loved the location (quiet neighborhood), the private pool (we got pool heat and kids swam even at night) and the layout of the house worked great for us as we also had 3 families. Owner was super easy to work with and answered any and all questions we had prior to arrival.

This house is really nice, but taken already for our dates. I can see why--$150/night is a bargain!

I don't know about three master bedrooms, but there are houses with two master bedrooms in our neighborhood. We're in Legacy Park in Davenport and there are a lot of vacation homes, but I'm not sure who the rental companies are. We're in a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. The master bedrooms are huge and could easily fit a pack and play. The other three bedrooms are a decent size, too. There's a big family room as well as a separate living room.
