House of Blues Gospel Brunch Cancelled

My daughter has been wanting to go to the HOB Gospel Brunch for a long time now. I'm taking her on a surprise trip to WDW in November for her 16th birthday. I booked the Gospel Brunch for the day of her birthday. I received a call today from HOB. The lady told me that both brunches for that day are cancelled. I am so bummed!!!! I seriously felt like crying when she told me. Ugh!!! I had the perfect trip planned for her. I just had to vent to someone because I'm so disappointed. I did book Boma for that day. Boma is one of my daughter's favorites, but I'm still disappointed that I couldn't take her to the one place that she really, really wanted to go to.

Not the same, but Raglan Road has Sunday Brunch now...with entertainment. Could you do dinner at HOB, or go to River Roost, if entertainment is what you seek? HDDR?

Thanks for the recommendations. She wants to go to HOB for the Gospel music and the Southern food. Those others are good recommendations, but she wouldn't enjoy them like she would HOB. I'll have to try to book the Gospel brunch again on another trip. She loves Boma, so at least I was able to get a ressie there.
