House of Blues Anaheim has a new opening date, March of 2017

So the House of Blues Anaheim, who originally opened at Downtown Disney in 2001, and left when their lease expired due to issues with on site parking and noise/crowds issues in the evening hours, plus the fact that Disney limited the type of acts allowed (they had veto power if they found a band "objectionable"), will open in March of 2017 at the Anaheim GardenWalk.

Everybody more focused on the holiday anyhoo.

But it is interesting this and the Verizon Amphitheater in Irvine are now closed.
