House in Resort with nice amenities and private pool for 8 adults

Hi! Looking for a house the week before and after Easter for 8 adults in a resort type neighborhood with a private pool. I like Windsor Hills and Paradise Palms but wondering if there are any others that are nice that I should look into. I like Reunion, but it doesn't look like you can use the amenities with most properties. Would like 30 min or less to Disney. Thanks!!!!!
