Hours of operation in february?

Alright, so my dh and I decided that we need to get back to disneyland seeing as it's been 18 months, just about, since our last family visit. So we decided that next february looks good. Two of our sons celebrate bdays during that month 3 days apart so we thought that would be fun for them. Anyway, seeing as it's now march I can't find the hours of the park during the third week of february (feb 15-feb 20). Does anyone know this info? Also, while I have you here, is it very busy during this time, say compared to the beginning of Oct (that was the last time we were there)? Thanks for the help!!

I would try to avoid President's Day week, if possible, since so many schools are using it as a "winter break" and the parks extend their hours to deal iwth the large crowds.
