Hours of Boat to Downtown Disney from OKW?

Has anyone ever copied down, or just recalls what the hours for the boat service to DTD from OKW are? I am especially interested in the time of the first one boat and whether it coincides with the opening of the stores at DTD. THe opening time of DTD would also be appreciated!

The boats from OKW begin at noon and make the last run at 9:40pm.

The DD stores open at 10:00am and close at 11:00pm (PI is open until 2:00am)

The buses run from OKW to DD beginning around 8:00am- if you want to get a jump on the sales!

Being one of those obsessive planner types, I never seem to tire of gathering such information! Not that the meticulous plans are ever followed to the letter anyway!
