hours for teppan edo?

i'm trying to figure out if we want to go to lunch or dinner at teppan edo and i can't find the hours of either anywhere. does anyone know what hours they serve lunch and what hours they serve dinner? i think most disney restaurants are closed for an hour or two between lunch and dinner, but i'm not sure they're all this way. we'll be there in mid-december.

I am pretty sure 4pm is the earliest time for dinner. Not sure when lunch ends though.

According to my Passporter, Lunch is 12-3:45pm and Dinner is 4:30pm-closing. I'm sure Disney Dining could answer it for you too.
