Hours for Food & Wine Festival?!!!???!

We are going in October and wanted to eat light around Epcot during the afternoon and eat at LeCellier for dinner. My sister thought the booths for the F&W are only open around evening. Is there certain hours for this or is it all day?

The World Showcase opens at 11. The food and wine booths might not be open right at 11,but they are open by 12 for lunch. Great way to enjoy a light lunch!! Enjoy!

Last year the booths were also open late on nights when it was EMH at Epcot...

Can't wait for this year...
