Hours during first week in December

ok so i know that the parks are not open the same hours this time of year as they are the rest of the year, but does anyone know if everything else closes early too. We are planning to spend one night in Downtown Disney and a lot of time in Dinsey Quest, and we also want to play some mini golf. Are these things going to be availablt to us or do they close early too.

DTD is open till 11pm every night.
Pleasure Island is open much later.
I don't know about DQ, but one of its objectives was to offer a "theme park experience" when a theme park was not available, so I'd guess it would be open late.

Mini Golf... you'll need to ask closer to the actual time you visit, as it could change with the season and the guest-load.

I'll be there that first week too and I'm kind of glad they close early. It really gives us an excuse to check out our hotel more.
