Hours - C. of Progress and Presidents?

Does anyone know the typical operating hours of the Carousel of Progress (on days it's running) and the Hall of Presidents? Are they usually open all the hours that the MK is open? We are attending MNSSHP, and I know that they usually aren't running during the parties, but would they show between 4:00 and 6:00? Also, do they typically start first thing in the morning when the other park rides open, or do they start later in the morning? Thanks in advance for any info.

Hall of Presidents runs from 10am to 8pm and Carousel of Progress runs while the park is opened hope this helps
