Hotwire ?????

I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME WITH A QUESTION ABOUT HOTWIRE.

HERE GOES, I JOINED HOTWIRE BACK IN JULY. THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING MY CC EACH MONTH FOR THE MONTHLY FEE. WELL BACK IN THE BEGINING OF THE MONTH, I LOST MY CC. I REPORTED IN LOST. IT WAS VOIDED AND I GOT A NEW ONE...WELL I FORGOT TO NOTIFY HOTWIRE OF THE NEW ACCT #. TODAY THEY TRIED TO BILL MY ACCOUNT AND OF COURSE IT SAID NOT VALID..THEY CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP THAT FAST...NOW I WANT TO SET UP ANOTHER ACCOUNT AND THE ONLINE WON'T LET ME, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WON'T HELP WITH THIS.
CAN SOMEONE PLSE. TELL ME HOW TO SET UP A NEW ACCOUNT W/THE SAME EMAIL AND EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR THE CC #.

If I were you I would just go to yahoo and sign up for a new E-mail, then go sign up at hotwire using your DH's name....seems easier in the long run, especially if customer service doesn't help !
 
The same sort of thing happened to me. Only my CC was not stolen or lost. I went to the website to order a gift card and it said my membership was cancelled. I called customer service right away and they couldn't tell me why it was cancelled especially since I did not cancel it. They said my year was up or something dumb like that - I told them I paid month to month and didn't have any time limits. I talked with 3 different people all who did not know what was going on and said they couldn't do anything about it. I finally got someone at their service center or something and explained to her again -and she was able to re-instate my membership even though I was told it could not be done. I would try calling again and go as high up the ladder as you can to try and get it resolved.
 
I have the opposite problem (if you can call it a problem). I recently cancelled the credit card I used when I signed up for HSC. I called to give them my new CC # so they could bill me my monthly membership fee. I was told I would have to cancel my membership and start a new one using the new card#. I told the girl I didn't want to hassel with that and if they didn't want my money that's fine with me. I've been a member for 4 months now and have never been charged my monthly fee! I figured they would cancel me but so far they haven't.
