Hotwire! ?

I am going in May and I found a rate of 139 from Hotwire. That is 695 for 5 of us. I am leary about them tho since I cant see who it is thru or the travel times. Does anyone have any experience in using them?

Also what happens if my flight is changed or cancelled and I purchased thru them?

I love hotwire.Although we have never gotten air fare through them we have got like a million hotels through out the yrs.We have also got packages that included car and hotel but never air. If you are not picky on what time you fly out or what airline then you should be ok.However you may not get a good flight time or connection. How important are these issues.Look around there web site and see what there policy is on canceled flights or call.
A few yrs ago we got 3 hotel in orlando for a wk for our family and it was suppose to be a 3 star and no way was it even that so we called and they credited our account 50% of what we payed and got several hundred to use for our next stay. To me thats costumer service.SO my advise is to go for it and let us know how you do.

Ok I bit the bullet and bought the tickets even tho I had an uneasy feelin. Everything I had looked at had NW as the cheapest and it was 190pp. We decided whatever the times we would make it work. Didnt think we could turn it down since it was such a good price considering the 3 previous times we went we paid 200+ pp.

Ended up with Midwest Air flying nonstop and in the middle of the afternoon. I was so pleased. Midwest was running 242 when I did all my searches so this is great. Not to mention we LOVE MIDWEST AIR.
