I have been trying to communicate with their customer service online for 4 days - they can't or don't read the emails. I finally picked up the phone & called. The first rep would not let me pose my questions & kept talking over me... when I told him to stop so I tell him again what I wanted he started telling me I was ABUSIVE & hung up on me.. I called back, livid of course, at which time the rep (obviously his friend) informed me that if I was speaking to the other rep that way then I deserved to be hung up me and then he promptly hung up on me... Third attempt, this time the rep kept me on hold for 10 minutes, I guess hoping that I would hang up - she would come back occasionally to tell me that the computer was slow, yadda yadda. My intent was simple; confirm that I purchased 18 vouchers on 7/3 because I never got an email confirming the purchase & haven't gotten them yet (there is no way to check your past purchases online) & I need the confirmation email to get my $10 rebate, could they resend it? I FINALLY found out that Yes they got the purchase, no there is no way to check it online & no they NEVER send a confirmation email on purchases through them - so how do I get my $10 rebate I ask, oh well, she says, YOU have to get a copy of your credit card statement to prove it - yeah great I did it on my Paypal account I don't get statements. UNBELIEVABLE!!! They offer a rebate & make it near impossible to redeem it (I know federal regulations & the regulators don't like bait & switch tactics, blatant or perceived by consumers) I should have heeded past warnings about them - I used Connections in the past & never had a problem. Lesson learned!
