Hotels with Parking Near Port of Miami

Hi there
I'm sorry if this topic has come up recently, I couldn't find the thread.
We are cruising out of Miami, flying into FLL the day before. Our plan is to rent a car. It doesn't really matter if we stay near the FLL airport or port of Miami as long as the hotel offers parking for the duration of our cruise as well as shuttle to the port. Can you recommend a hotel? It doesn't have to be fancy as we will only sleep there before our cruise.
I did look into renting a car at FLL, dropping it off at the port and then renting the car again at the port upon our return and dropping it off at FLL, but this was really expensive. Way cheaper to rent a car for a week. Our returning flight is very late, so we hope to do something in Miami after the cruise.

We're staying at the Best Western Plus Miami Airport North for our upcoming cruise. It has free parking and free breakfast, and it looks like it has great reviews. Not sure if this would be convenient for you since it's by the Miami Airport, but the parking is free!

I know that a lot of people like the Comfort Inn near the airport, and it has a park & cruise package. I believe that most hotels that offer park and cruise also include your transfers to the cruise ship terminal, too.

it is exceedingly unlikely that any hotel near the Fort Lauderdale airport would offer a shuttle service to Miami-Port Everglades is pretty much adjacent to the Fort Lauderdale airport, and the hotels in the immediate area are more oriented to serving folks cruising out of Lauderdale.

You might also consider putting your car in a secured lot near PortMiami-there are several commercial lots running parking and shuttle services.

Hilton in downtown Miami has a park & cruise package. We stayed at the Doubletree Biscayne Bay across the street. It's a good location. There's a Publix a block away that's an easy walk.
