Hotels to stay at prior to cruising...

Hi everyone!

I'm looking at a few hotels in the area to stay at the day before we set sail (we go on the Dream 4 day cruise in August 2017). I like the looks of Radisson Resort, Holiday Inn Club Vacations and International Palms Resort, but do any of you highly suggest others? We are 4A/2K so essentially something with two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa would be ideal for us.

We stayed at 4 Points Sheraton a few years ago with 6 people in a room. It worked out very well.

I have heard good things about the Radisson. Nothing about Holiday Inn, but I am sure it would be good.

My personal point of view is that International Palms is a never again type of deal for us. We checked in at 4:00 PM and checked out at 8:00 PM. The rooms were small, smelled horrible and though they were doing some renovations, the room/building we were in (and the ones surrounding it) were run down and not family friendly. The pool, however, was very nice and the beach was right there as well. My opinion only though. Maybe try Trip Advisor and see what others have to say about them.

I highly recommend the residence inn as well. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with 6 before our cruise and it worked great. Had a nice clean pool as well for the kids the day before.
