Hotels Near Port Canaveral

I'm wondering what hotels are close to the port that we could either get a cab to the ship or offers transportation? Idk if we will have a car or not so also wondering about if hotels let you keep your car there? Thanks.

Residence Inn has a shuttle for small fee, you sign up for it. Also daily breakfast buffet...
This next cruise I just booked the new hotel across street Homewood Suites I think it's called. Brand new and less expensive with breakfast too. We always rent a car to do last minute running around, buying case of water and any last minute items or snacks we want to bring. We rent at MCO airport and drop in Cape Canaveral. We usually drop off our bags at the port (super fast & easy) then return car and take free rental shuttle back to port luggage free, we found this to work the best for us.

There are several options close by the port. You can google Snooze and Cruise to find hotels that offer shuttle service to the port.

No, whether if we are going to stay the night at MCO Airport Hyatt (repack, haha and fly home early next morning) or if we are doing DW we always use the Disney shuttle. We don't book in advance, we just go to Guest Services before last day of cruise and add it. It's not too expensive and its well organized.
*Also when renting in MCO and dropping car in Cape Canaveral be sure to use a company that doesn't charge to drop off in different location, some are owned by same owner so there's not a charge.

We just did this.....we did a 1 way rental of a car at MCO and stayed at the Hilton in Cocoa Beach. We then returned the car to the rental place near the port, and they had a shuttle to the port. Easy peasy!
