Hello all and happy holidays....wonder if some of the experts can help me out....my DW and I are coming down to disney for a quickie vacation...arriving on saturday night 2/2 about 10:30 pm...checked all the value resorts at Disney and they have no availability for this night...we will be staying at the vacation club on sunday and monday night....so my question is this....does anyone know of an inexpensive clean hotel that is reasonable for the saturday night....just a clean bed and room to sleep in....I was thinking of checking Hotwire or Priceline but I get a little nervous not knowing where we are going to stay....paying for it and then find out the details....anyway....any info is appreciated!

Merry Christmas!

Thanks!

We always stay at marriott fairfield inn near the airport. its like 79 a nt and includes a nice cont. breakfast. You can then take the shuttle back to MCO for disney transportation to your resort.Try Entertainment book rate when calling they never ask for the card when you checkin but you can easily buy the book for 25.00 at any book store, worth the discounts. There are several marriotts in the area. You could get one in LBV near DTD for the same rate.
Hope this helps

We stayed here in Feb and it was fine. Also we have since used Hotwire twice and both times with good results. Personally, I wouldn't take anything less than 3* just to be on the safe side. We got the Wingate Inn for $49/nt +tax and the Hyatt inside the terminal for only $59/nt. +tax. Both times were in off-peak season. It couldn't hurt to do a search on Hotwire just to see what's offered. There's a website that can help determine which hotel you will get based on * and list of amenities. betterbidding.com
With their help I got my parents the Renaissance near Port Everglades for only $113 when the reg price is $300! :cool1:
I probably would be afraid to book a whole trip with them but for 1 night I don't mind. Good luck!:goodvibes

I often bid 3* on Priceline for $50 and win the Marriott. All of the hotels at this level have a shuttle and we go back to MCO in the am for rental or Magical Express whenever we have a late arrival. Works for us!
