Hotel shuttle question (Embassy Suites near MCO)

We're staying at Embassy Suites Orlando Airport for 1 night when we arrive. They have a complimentary shuttle that can pick us up at the airport to transort us to the hotel. Anyone have experience with them or any other hotel shuttles that offer this service? They told me to contact them as soon as we have our luggage. I'm wondering how efficient they are. Thanks for any replies.

I cannot speak for the Embassy Suites, but we did this on our first night in January. We Pricelined a room and ended up at the Renaissance.

It could not have been easier. There are several banks of courtesy phones, with lists published for each hotel. For example for the Renaissance, we dialed 123 (just an example) for the Embassy Suites, you may dial 789 (or whatever).

They asked that we retrieve our luggage first and then call. Our van was there in less than 10 minutes, and this was at 11:30 at night.

Really a piece of cake.

Do you have to tip the airport shuttle driver? If so, how much?
