I'm so confused! 
To get the hotel discount at Universal w/an annual pass, I guess I have to purchase the Premium Annual pass; correct? Does the annual pass give you the Express; or does staying on-site automatically give you the Express pass or do you have to book a package? I can do Disney reservations no problem, but we don't go to Universal every year so I'm stuck! We have AAA and Loew's membership. If I get a AAA discount on the room and purchase tickets separately, I'd have to up-grade tickets to Express, I think? (We stayed at HRH 2 summers ago and had the Express pass, and I got the hotel at an Entertainment rate, purchasing the tickets on-line before we went.) Someone please help!
