Hotel room assignments

Does anyone know how early the DLH assigns rooms to guests. I am wanting to call and make sure that we get the best room possible since we won't be checking in until around 7:00 PM.

Does anyone know how early the DLH assigns rooms to guests. I am wanting to call and make sure that we get the best room possible since we won't be checking in until around 7:00 PM.

I've never really had my room assigned until I check in. I mkae requests but they won't guarantee anything until you actually check in. I've always been lucky and happy. I try to make a personal connection with the cast member and it seems to help.

No, they won't assign your room until you get there. We stayed at the PPH and got there really late (or early depending on how you look at it lol, we checked in at 1 am or so), we called to let them know we would be late and asked if we could get a room assignment and we were told no, that they assign rooms upon check in.

This has always been our case.
