Hotel Recommendations in Miami

Looking for hotel recommendations for a Miami departure. We will be flying in the day before, so we will not have any time to explore Miami, so we are just hoping for a decent hotel with a kid-friendly restaurant inside the hotel or within walking distance. We prefer a hotel with a shuttle service to the port, but could get a cab if necessary. Thanks!

Comfort Suites Miami North fits the bill, I think. Or maybe on of the airport area Marriotts (Courtyard, Residence Inn, Marriott) if you definitely want a restaurant.
