Hotel recommendations for youth group

I am looking for hotel recommendations for a youth group travelling to Orlando to perform at Disney. Our family has stayed at almost every on-site hotel, but I don't really know anything about the off-site hotels. There will be approximately 30 young people ranging in age from 13-19 along with 10-15 adult chaperones. Thanks for your help.

From experience bringing bands. Find hotel with interior hallways so kids doors will not open to the parking lot etc. Make sure all rooms are on same floor and then have chaperones do 2 to 3 hour shifts sitting in the hall all night long. It usually meant staying at better hotels to get the inside hallways, but definitely worth it for peace of mind.
