Hotel Recommendation in San Diego for Scooter

Does anyone have any experience cruising out of San Diego with a scooter? Is there a hotel nearby that does shuttle service that could accommodate a traveller using one? Just seeing if anyone has done this successfully before making calls. Thanks!

Do you need transportation from the airport or are you talking from the hotel? Spring Hill Suites, Wyndam San Diego Bayside, Residence Inn and InterContinental are all within walking distance so you can ride the scooter straight to the pier. We did that in November from the InterContinental. I think the all have parking packages.

Both. I guess only from the airport to the hotel if the terminal is within scooter/walking distance

I'd call the Hotel you are considering using and ask them for recommendations. I know in LA the hotel Concierge would arrange the transportation that would accommodate the scooter, but the guest paid extra.
