Well, after umming and aahhing for ages about whether to go for the Disneyland Hotel (which I really really really wanted to stay at!) or the Hotel New York - £450 cheaper, we have decided to go for the Hotel New York.
I've had some great tips about food as we don't want to spend a fortune getting fed, and we thought that £450 would buy an awful lot of souvenirs so it was the right thing to do. I hope I don't feel too gutted walking passed the DLH
!
Anyway, Hotel New York does look lovely and I'm sure it will more than adequately suit our needs. Looking at the map it seems well placed location wise for the Village and Parks. I wonder if anyone could suggest a good part of the hotel to request a room in? My 19 month old daughter (who will just have turned 2 when we go) insists on walking everywhere and I thought if I could request somewhere not too far from the restaurants etc then we will hopefully make it to breakfast at the allotted time!! I'm sure she'll happily ride in her buggy in the parks when she's tired, but don't really want to take it for meals in the hotel.
Any advice gratefully received.
