Hotel New York and PArks in June?

Hi guys,

Am booking to go back to DLP 19th-21st June.
I have never been in June before and just have a couple of questions.

Whats the weather like in June?? Is it super hot or managble? Its just me and my other half so no little ones etc.

Does anyone know when the park hours and closures will be up??

Never stayed at hotel new york before, has anyone stayed recently? Any reviews? What is the breakfast like?

It is actually my birthday on the 21st while we are there so is it worth emailing them before hand for any extra pixie dust?? Is there a list of things that can be purchased for you room for arrival? Its my other halfs first time to disney ever so want to make it special.

Will i need to book restaurants before hand at this time of year? Or will it be relatively alright as not peak season yet?

We stayed there a few weeks ago and loved it. Breakfast was the usual continental plus hot options. The orange juice was lovely, freshly squeezed. The hotel was very clean and well kept and lovely helpful staff. It is a stones throw away from cafe mickey and the village.

I would email them, we did for my daughters birthday and got a free card , free balloons and a soft teddy each for the kids.

We went last year in June it was very hot and not too busy. I found the heat managble apart from one day when I had to go back to the hotel but I was 6 months pregnant.

Park hours are usually released about 2 months in advance but from memory the park was open until 11pm. I would def go in June again and def stay at the Hotel new York.
