Hotel New York - 2 questions

Hi i am staying HNY for 5 nights at half term. Given that snow appears to be forecast for the first couple of days at least (according to Meteo.fr) I have a question about laundry. I see that the hotel has dry cleaning facilities, does it also have normal laundry facilities? If not (or if its really expensive) I remember that one of the other hotels (poss cheyenne) has a launderette, can anyone use it or is it just residents of that hotel.

My other question is about towells, are they provided for the swimming pool as I don't really want to bring them if I don't need to.

You can use the launderette at the Cheyenne & yes towels are provided for swimming, or you could just use the towels from your room

OK, this is going to sound pretty silly but how does the laundrette work? Do you wait with your clothes or come back later?

If it's unmanned Id rather wait as I've known people stopping machines and stealing clothes from laundrettes here in Paris Not saying that it would happen at Disney but I'd be worried someone might

I think it is unmanned, its just a room in one of the buildings of the Cheyenne

Albeit it was a few years ago we have used the laundry at Hotel Cheyenne.
Had no problem leaving the clothes while we hired a bike and toured the hotel amenities and surrounds
