Hotel/Motel near Tampa International Airport

I am in need of a Hotel that has shuttle service to Tampa Airport. I need a room for 1 night prior to flying out of Tampa. Then on my return to Tampa, I will need a room for 1 night.

Currently I am looking at the Embassy Suites on 555 N Westshore Blvd (which I was able to get a good Government/Military Rate) for the beginning of my trip. However, the Government/Military Rate is not available for my return night. Therefore, I am looking at the LaQuinta at 4730 W. Spruce Street for when I return from my vacation. I prefer not to pay more than $100 / night.

Can anyone give me a "Go Ahead & Book" recommendation on these 2 motels.
Is this a safe area?

I was also looking at the Chase Suites located on North Rocky Point Drive.
Since I do not know the area, I am having a hard time deciding where I should book a room.

It is important that the hotel offer shuttle service to and from the airport. Also would like some sort of breakfast included in the price.

I'm wondering if I should just go with the Chase Suites for both nights if this Motel is in a safe area.

I might mention... if we go with one of the suite motels, we will be splitting costs with another couple.
