Hi all -
We have 2 nights in Orlando after a week vacation in Caribbean. We won't be going to the theme parks but want to stay in a central location near both Disney Springs and Universal City Walk for somewhat easy access. I know traffic will be busy as usual. :)

Thank you for any advice.

Joanne

Any of the hotels along Palm Parkway. You can drive south to 535, turn left, and get to Disney Springs from that entrance, or you can drive north up Palm Parkway/Turkey Lake Road (it changes names) to get to Universal. Then you can avoid I-4 completely.

Certainly this. There are a bunch of hotels along Palm Parkway. We stayed in the newish Springhill Suites, it was okay but the beds were hard as a rock. Also check out HGVC Parc Soleil or even HGVC Tuscany Village. Any time someone can avoid I4, they should take it.

We stayed at the Hyatt place Orlando on Palm parkway in December and found it very comfortable. We are staying again in August for a few nights before moving onsite.
