I know they are a DIS sponsor so that tells me good things already. Can you kind folks who have booked through them give me some feedback on dealing with them? Would you book through them again?

We used them to book Cypress Pointe for our X-mas 2005 trip. I got an amazing price for a two bedroom. No problems at all. For some locations you seem to have to pay in full in advance and in others just a deposit. I'm not sure if Hotel Kingdom controls that or not. I would have booked with them again for this trip but I waited to long and Cypress Pointe was booked up.

I use hotelkingdom.com in 2006 book the Mirctel Inn and it was awful hotel they give a full refund. The hotel did not have the basic necessitates hotel kingdom give a refund with no questions ask.

Yes I would book with them again.

Just had to cancel a friends ressie at Cypress point that I booked thru Hotel Kingdom. HK was great and refunded the deposit almost immediately. CP is another story. I keep getting the run around. They charged my friends for the full amount - they've since booked with WH thumbsup2 ) but are still waiting for a refund from CP.

I've never had a problem with HK!
