Hotel Dining. Why no discounts at GCH?

Just noticed on mousesavers that AAA members can get 10% off at:
-PCH Grill at Paradise Pier Hotel
-Goofy's Kitchen at Disneyland Hotel

Visa Rewards Card members can get 10% off at:
-Steakhouse 55 (from 6:00 pm -10:00 pm only)
-Yamabuki
-Disney’s PCH Grill

Storytellers Cafe, Napa Rose and Hearthstone Lounge seem to be left off those lists for some mysterious reason. Not complaining... Just wondering...
