Hotel check in Question

Heading over to US for the first time May 24th for a couple of days. I have the HRH booked for three nights. I was looking at my budget and may shave off the first night and book a hotel on hotwire. My question is that Monday morning before we head early to the park can we go to the HRH say around 7:30 am and check in to get our FOTL pass?

Yes you can.

We always arrive late afternoon, but friends of ours had booked 2 nights at the RPR in the middle of their trip and arrived at 8am left their bags, collected their FOTL passes (room keys) and headed off for some breakfast before heading to the parks.
