Ok so I booked our trip through Expedia but now came across those 40% off deals....would I be able to upgrade to a moderate resort at this point since I never actually booked through Disney??? We are at POP right now and I dont care which one but weve been planning and saving for two years....if we can get into a moderate for just a bit more...why the heck not!!!
