I don't think I've seen anything covering this.

What has been the experience with Airline check-in at the resorts and then taking ME? Do they take your luggage if your airline is one of those on the 'list'?

I'm still on the fence between ME and a Town Car, but am leaning back towards ME, especially now that Jet Blue is part of the Resort Check-In.

If your airline is not on the list they don't take your luggage. You take it with you on the bus (or under the bus actually). So if your flight is late you will need to give your luggage to bell services and then pick it up to have it loaded on the bus... no biggie.
If you do the airline check in for Jet Blue then once you check in they take your luggage and when it's time for your bus you just jump on, no worry about the luggage.

I did it in June. Flew Song and left from POR. I called Bell Services that morning and they picked me and my luggage up. Took me right to the DME desk. There, they checked my ID, tagged my bags, loaded them on the cart that was going to the airport, gave me my boarding pass and told me what time to come back at for the bus. I did it early in the morning in order to avoid the lines...about 8:30ish. By the time I returned for the bus at 10:30, the line was horrible. It was really quite nice not to have to check my luggage at the airport. We are doing carry-on only tomorrow. Since we are flying SW for the first time, it works out for us. I'll have them print out my boarding pass at Pop on Tuesday and hop on the bus at 11:00 for my 2:00 flight. I really liked DME. Just be sure that everyone traveling with you shows up at the desk...one lady thought she could check everyone in her party in, since they were are breakfast. Nope, it's just like the airport...everyone has to show their ID.

Thanx for the replies, now I'm leaning more toward ME than ever. Here's hoping I get my tags and everything. :goodvibes
