Hot water for oatmeal/tea at POP

If we don't get a refurbished room with a coffee pot, is hot water available at the food court to make oatmeal or tea?

It not there is a microwave there so water from soda taps and nuke

Yes. There is a separate handle on the coffee dispenser for hot water. There is also a cold water dispenser on the soda machine, and microwaves if you prefer to go that route.
