Wow, that thread was incredible!

But I was so proud of the replies from the Canadian posters! Their comments were so right and so true! I just wanted to thank all those posters for their comments and their insights.

My parents are of Japanese descent but were born in Canada. They were still sent away from their homes in WWII. But they always remained true Canadians and supported Canada during the war. They also brought their children to be grateful for this beautiful country of ours and to be proud Canadians!

Again, thanks to all those Canadian posters who responded to the thread re France and Canada! You really struck home with me!
