Does anyone make a hot shoe cover/protector for Canon DSLRs? It seems like there should be something there rather than having those contacts exposed all the time.

One came with my Nikon. I took it off to use the flash and haven't put it back on since. That was almost 2 years ago. I don't keep the flash on the camera all the time either. So when the flash is off it is "exposed". I guess I'm with Mark, "Sounds like one more little thing for me to lose." I don't even know where the cover is now, so I've already lost it.

I don't know how I've managed to keep the hot shoe cover on mine as long as I have, but when I lose it I won't really care.
