We were lucky enough to go on the horse carriage ride last year, and we had an absolute blast. The driver took us back into the jogging trail area, it was pitch black, kind of reminded me of Sleepy Hollow...lol.

We see the Hay Ride all the time as well, and if you had to pick one, which would you rather go on? I think kids would enjoy both, although the hay ride probably is a bit more fun for kids. Plus the hay ride has that awesome "Headless Horseman" ride that they do during Halloween, that sounds like tons of fun!

Went on the hayride a number of years ago. It was okay. I think if you know some of the people on it..or you have a good group, you are apt to have a better time. Our particular group was kind of quiet..and the driver asked us to each tell our name and where we were from..but that was about it. Then we did park and see part of the electric water pagent..where we were eaten alive by about a BILLION mosquitos. Ahh..the memories.
I think I'd choose the horse and carriage if we were to go again..how many can you fit on that ride?

Yea, our driver was quiet as well, I guess it depends on the group.

I'm not sure about the maximum amount of people, probably 6 or 7?

We did the Sleepy Hollow hayride last year - On Halloween for the last hayride of the night.

It was great, and would probably be good for all ages, but might be a tad scary for smaller children. I don't want to spoil anything for those who may do it this year, but you definately get a VERY close encounter with the headless horseman!

In typical Disney fashion, they do a great job with ride, taking you through Sleepy Hollow along with a creepy storyteller and Ichabod joining along for a while.
